Real estate work is simple, but it’s not always easy. And when it’s not easy, it’s our team’s values that let us know we’re working on something good.
As a glimpse into some of our inner workings, we want to share those values with you: productivity and sustainability.
Productivity sounds like common sense for a sales-based business, but we really take it seriously. To us, productivity means more than just selling some houses. It means keeping trust with our clients, making a difference in our local community, and selling a lot of houses.
The more houses we sell the bigger difference we’ve made. Our productivity is our contribution to our community.
Sustainability, to us, is about doing work we can see ourselves doing every day. We’ve staffed our office with agents and administrative support with this value in mind. Because we are people-people, sustainability means that we do the people-work and enlist support with the non-people-work.
We also use this value as a test for new ideas and systems. An idea might work, but if we don’t enjoy its implementation, we know it won’t be sustainable and we let it go. We’ve lasted 8 years together by recognizing sustainable and unsustainable practices.
In the end, there’s been very little that we could see ourselves doing every day of our career other than meeting people, staying in touch with people, and continuing to work hard helping people accomplish their real estate goals.

February Clermont Market Update
Last month, the number of homes listed for sale was down 31% over last February. As of March 1st, there are 154 single-family homes for sale in 34711 and 143 homes under contract. Homes are generally taking longer to sell, though we have felt activity pick up within the last couple of weeks. Values remain high with negotiations becoming more frequent.
