No, my partner, Tim, and I moved here from Wisconsin in November 2019 after visiting several times over the past few years. Prior to living in Wisconsin, I was born and raised in Indiana. Clermont is now our home.
Yes, we bought our home with Matt & Chelsea in November 2019.
I’m a politics and news junkie, so I like keeping up with current events and issues. I enjoy watching college and professional football, college basketball, and my beloved Chicago Cubs. I love to cook – and food in general – so I enjoy trying new recipes and restaurants.
Earning a license isn’t terribly difficult, but being a good agent is so much more than that. It’s about building relationships, listening, researching, and being willing to roll up your sleeves to serve your clients and assist your team. Availability and adaptability are important – things can and do happen quickly in real estate. I’ve also enjoyed learning more about the neighborhoods of Clermont and the surrounding area.
I love seeing the joy and happiness that finding a home brings to clients. A home search can be stressful, especially when you’re a buyer who is moving from out of state like we did. I draw a lot from that experience when assisting my clients. Choosing the right agent to work with is an important decision, and I’m honored to be trusted with providing honest and thorough service to my clients. It’s extremely rewarding working with our clients and this team to help make the home buying or selling process as seamless and fun as possible.
I believe in treating others how I want to be treated, and have always had a strong commitment to positively contributing to the greater good. Becoming an agent, I wanted to be part of a team that shares many of the same values. Thankfully, I get to build upon these personal convictions as an agent on this team. I truly enjoy getting to meet, work with, and assist so many wonderful people.
Not having to shovel snow! Seriously, I really enjoy living in Clermont. It’s a growing community that still has many benefits of a smaller city, yet there are always new developments, neighborhoods, and shops and restaurants being built, and we have access to the beautiful Clermont Chain of Lakes. It’s also great being so close to theme parks, attractions, beaches and both coasts, etc., and the year round sunshine and warm temps bring lots of visits from family and friends.
I love to laugh, spend time with family and friends, am a fan of the Oxford comma, and a life-long Parrothead. FINS UP!
