Matt is a father of two sons and has been married to his college sweetheart, Gina, for over 30 years. As a former educator in Lake County Schools who's lived in our community for over 20 years, Matt brings a high level of connectedness to the greater Clermont market. As founder of our team, he established the culture and values that lead our team in the way we take care of our clients. Chelsea has been working professionally in Clermont since 2008 and currently owns a home in Groveland. As co-owner of the business with Matt, Chelsea wears multiple hats - owner, manager, marketer, and agent. Bryan joined the team in 2020, bringing with him 22 years of experience working in higher education, the grocery industry, and as a locally elected official. Moving from one state while searching for a home in another, Bryan is passionate about using his personal real estate experience to help buyers find and move into their new home. He is a Ball State University graduate and lives in Clermont with his partner, Tim, and their cat, Bella.

Cheyenne worked in our office in 2016 while pursuing her Master's at the University of Central Florida. In 2021 she rejoined our team - this time a full-time agent! She has experience in new home sales, hospitality, and as a school counselor for Orange County Public Schools. She channels her passion for people and experience as a counselor to advocate for her clients and guide them through the sale of their home. She is an alumna of Florida Southern College (Go Mocs!) and lives in Clermont with her boyfriend, Will, and their pitbull, Stella.

Lydia moved to Clermont when she was 15 years old when Clermont was a quaint little town with only one traffic light. Obviously, things have changed a little bit since then. But, what hasn't changed is her love for this growing community.
She married and raised her two sons here and enjoyed being co-owner of a limousine and catering business in town for several years. Her desire to continue to help people led her to Hancock Real Estate where she enjoys the position of Transaction Coordinator.

Olivia is a second-generation Florida native. Born in Orlando, her family moved to Clermont in 2001. In 2015 she joined us as our Marketing Specialist. Since joining the team, she's graduated from UCF with a BS in Economics and a minor in Marketing, and bought her first home in Wildwood in 2020. She loves living and working in Central FL - especially being so close to the theme parks, major airports, and beaches. Olivia helps our team with marketing, bookkeeping, & anything tech-related.
