The Lifeblood of Our Business

The summer is always a welcome change of pace for us, and this summer is flying by!

While we all have our own summer traditions, our business has a few as well. Our summer tradition is our annual planning retreat.

For the past 5 years we’ve taken a few days away from the office to plan for the upcoming year.

It’s always a great time to reflect on our past accomplishments, hold ourselves accountable for the things we could’ve done better, and set our intentions and commitments for the upcoming year.

Between planning sessions, we check in with our clients and spend some downtime playing games and eating good food together.

A big part of our retreat involves looking back at each of our closings and the affiliated clients. We take the time to go over each transaction to reflect on what we learned and how we met our client.

Each year we’re stunned by the number of clients we have from word of mouth – aka you.

Your continued loyalty to us and your personal referrals have been the lifeblood of our business. You’ve kept us growing and we can’t thank you enough.

The greater Clermont area has changed, but our commitment to serving you and the ones you care about hasn’t changed. Thank you so much for being on this journey with us. We love being the REALTORS® you call and refer to time and time again.

July 2022 Clermont Market Update

Last month, the number of homes listed for sale was on par with last year. As of August 1st, there are 207 single-family homes for sale in 34711 and 129 homes under contract. Homes are starting to take a bit longer to sell, increasing our inventory of homes for sale.

Home values remain high and buyers are still buying, though they’re being more selctive about what they’ll accept. Therefore, a home needs to be in top condition to get its top price.
