March was a good month for so many reasons! We celebrated the first day of spring, welcomed the time change and longer days, saw so many of our past clients, referrers, and friends at Twistee Treat for ice cream, and had a record-breaking month as a company. So many families were able to celebrate their home purchase and/or sale – 20 families representing 23 closings to be exact!
The season of real estate we’re in is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced as a business. We’ve never seen the housing supply this low – and there is no sign of buyer demand slowing down.
This time last year, the COVID-19 pandemic brought an unforeseen force in our market; and for a period of time a slow down in inventory and values. Here we are a year later, and our market has surged forward.
