Why are we challenging ourselves to get 30 listings in 90 days?

We love a challenge. It’s in our nature to push ourselves to reach higher levels – and we’ve never taken on 30 new listings within a 90 day period.

This August marked 5 years since we opened our own brokerage, Hancock Real Estate. We didn’t know then what we were getting ourselves into, but we knew others had done it and figured we could do it, too. That year (2015), we helped 47 families buy or sell their home.

Since then, we’ve grown our team, bought our offices, donated over $35,000 to our charity partners, taken over 5,000 Chick-fil-a sandwiches to teachers and staff at our local schools, and helped more than 400 families buy or sell their home.

All of that is in the past. We expect our business and ourselves to grow. So, we’re challenging ourselves (again!) to list and sell 30 homes in 90 days beginning October 1st, 2020.

What does this challenge mean for you?

More money donated to local charity. We make a donation to a local charity for every closing we have.
During this 90 day challenge, we’re doubling our donation from $100 per closing to $200 per closing.

More members in our community will experience real estate service the way we do it – with expertise and kindness.

It means we can’t do it alone. It’s going to take a village to meet our challenge goal. That means everyone who sees this – our friends, past clients, neighbors, and friends we haven’t met yet – needs to help share our story.
